Water Tank
Locally known as Caja del Agua, the landmark water tank is considered to be emblematic of San Luis Potosi. The historic structure is a neoclassical monument designed by engraver and painter Jose Guerrero. The water tank was constructed to supply water from the Spring of Sierra de San Miguelito. The Caja del Agua is an ornate well preserved circular structure situated in a lush green space across the street from Jardin Colon. Visitors will find bronze statues of water boys here
Tangamanga I Park
Inaugurated in 1985, the Tangamanga I Park is among the largest urban parks in Mexico. The park has multiple sections including playgrounds, sports fields, and recreational areas. The Labertino Museum also houses international artworks, a 3D film presentation and temporary exhibits.
