If you cancel your ticket within a day of its purchase then you will get full refund, however if you cancel your ticket after that, then a penalty fees will be deducted. Another option that you have while cancelling your ticket is applying for credits which will be transferred into your account. These credits stay active for 12 months and can be used to purchase tickets with the airline.
