Air Mauritius is the fourth largest carrier in Sub-Saharan Africa. It commenced its operations on August 1972. This airline is the flag carrier of Mauritius and is headquartered out of Air Mauritius centre in Port Louis. Its fleet size comprises of Airbus A319-100, Airbus A330-200, Airbus A340-300, Airbus A340-300 Enhanced and ATR 72-500. When it comes to awards and achievements, it's always a big show by Air Mauritius. In 2011, it won the Indian Ocean Leading Airline Prize.
