Vakil Bazaar
A wonderfully photogenic market, Vakil Bazaar is a great spot for shopaholics. This market place is home to hundreds of stalls and shops. Visitors can buy spices, jewelry, rugs, and household goods at this market. The vaulted arch ceilings of Vakil Bazaar are excellent examples of 18th century Zand architecture.
Eram Garden
Shiraz is known for its gardens and perhaps Eram Garden is the most famous amongst them. The garden falls within the botanical gardens of Shiraz University. Eram Garden is rich in cypress trees, rosebushes, and trimmed hedges. At the center of the park there is a Qajar-era palace and a small pool. Though the palace is closed for visitors, they can view it from outside.
Shah-e Cheragh Mausoleum
One of the most popular mosques in Shiraz, Shah-e Cheragh Mausoleum is the scenic resting place of two of the martyred brothers of Ali Reza, who was the 8th Shia Imam. The mausoleum has a fountain at the center of its central courtyard. The shrine boasts characteristically Iranian blue tile work and impressive mirrored interior.
