Hillarys Boat Harbour
Located at less than half an hour’s drive from Central Perth, the Hillary's Boat Harbour is an expansive marina and tourist hotspot. Its central attraction is the Aquarium of Western Australia where you can take a walk through an underwater glass tunnel to observe more than 200 different types of marine species like stingrays, dolphins and sharks. It is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
Aviation Heritage Museum
The Aviation Heritage Museum is located in Bull Creek (Perth) and was founded by the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Association of Western Australia in 1979. Apart from its collection of civilian aircrafts, the museum showcases a large number of historical aircrafts that were a part of RAAF’s fleet during the First and Second World Wars. It also has multiple artifacts relating to the history of aviation in Australia.
St. Mary's Cathedral
St. Mary's Cathedral, officially called the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is a cathedral church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Perth and seat of its Archbishop. It is a stunning masterpiece of Neo-Gothic architecture in Western Australia that had taken more than 300 years to complete and its impressive interiors are a class apart from other cathedrals in the city.
