Even understandably proud gastronomes from other delicious destinations across Italy concede that, when it comes eating, Bologna is a strong contender for the country’s top choice.

Intercontinental Resort Tahiti

I had the great pleasure of calling the Intercontinental Resort Tahiti my home for part of my time there. I found the resort to be an excellent place for a relaxing intro to paradise and thought to augment that last Tahiti related post it might be nice to focus more closely on a few of the little things that helped make my Intercontinental stay such a tropical treat.

Discovering Richard III’s England in Leicester

Now may be “the winter of our discontent” according to Shakespeare’s Richard III, but I’m just back from a day trip to the town of Leicester where the remains of the real Richard III were found earlier this year buried in what used to be a monastery and is now a car park.
