On December 3, hundreds of women will compete in the first ever Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Stiletto Dash ahead of the Las Vegas Marathon.
Presented by the Palazzo Las Vegas, this one-of-a-kind race will be hosted by Dancing with the Stars’ Brooke Burke.
During the event, 500 women will strap on a pair of heels before sprinting along a 50-yard dash through the Palazzo’s gorgeous lobby and onto the casino floor.
The event will feature multiple heats with the grand prize winner receiving a $5,000 purse and a variety of other goodies.
The outrageous event is all for a good cause. The Dash will benefit Opportunity Village, Vegas non-profit that serves people with intellectual disabilities and Operation Smile, a global non-profit that treats facial deformities such as cleft lips and palates.
On Sunday, December 4, Las Vegas will play host to the largest nighttime running event in the world, the Zappos.com Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Marathon. Beginning and ending at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, the Marathon officially kicks off at 4 PM.
