Boutique Hotels in Las Vegas

This blog post was updated on April 14, 2022.

With cheap airfare, low-priced hotels, dining and entertainment options galore, plus gaming and clubbing, Las Vegas is a hot tourist destination.

With more than 20 hotel options on Las Vegas Blvd., plus Downtown lodging, there’s plenty of places to rest your head.

But, megaresorts might not be for everyone in Las Vegas. They’re crowded. Loud.  Total sensory-overload.

For those looking for a more intimate, less-crowded experience, there are a few boutique hotels in town that offer their own brand of cool. There’s no gaming. No smoking. No strollers to dodge.

Artisan Hotel – This chic and artsy enclave is just off The Strip on Sahara Ave. It’s not a walk to the tourist attractions, but with the tasty Mood Restaurant, dark and opulent Artisan Bar (with a raging after-hours scene) and a European-style pool with cabanas and days bed, you just might not want to. Each room is unique and meshes vintage with today for hip and fun décor.

Rumor Boutique Hotel – Located across from the Hard Rock Hotel, Rumor Boutique Hotel is a new kid on the block and popular with locals and tourists. Here, the rooms are sleek and chic, and all-suites. Plus, there’s the pool complete with hammocks; Addiction Restaurant serving delicious cuisine; and the bar with original cocktails and more.

The Platinum Hotel – A quick walk down Flamingo Rd., The Platinum Hotel is centrally-located and an upscale option for travelers. The all-suite rooms aren’t as creative or unique as Rumor or Artisan, but they are luxurious and comfortable. Here you can escape the ringing bells and smoke-filled casinos of The Strip and enjoy a quiet oasis. There’s Kil@w@t — the on-property restaurant, bar and pool providing gorgeous Strip views. The hotel also has WELL Spa, offering a wide-variety of spa treatments.
