Frontier Airlines will be busy in 2012. In May, the discount carrier will expand its year-round service out of Colorado Springs, adding flights to Los Angeles, Phoenix, Portland, and Seattle. Each of the new flights will fly non-stop and operate on Airbus A319 aircraft.
Also in May, Frontier plans to expand service out of its Denver hub, launching new year-round flights to Bloomington-Normal, Illinois and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
New seasonal service will also begin from Denver to Bellingham, Washington; Great Falls, Montana; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The new routes bring the total number of non-stop Frontier flights out of Denver to a record 67.
