Nine lives? Try 40. Japan’s most beloved kitty will celebrate her 40th anniversary in Los Angeles, California. The four-day, totally cat-tacular event will be held from October 30 to November 2 at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA.
Ticketholders will enter a world of Hello Kitty nail art, bouquet-making, and limited edition goodies. The geekiest revelers can also indulge in cosplay fun and arcade games.
For those among us who can only get their Hello Kitty fix by permanently inking her image on their bodies, there will be tattoo artists—including the renowned Mario DESA—with needles handy. You do you, I guess.
Tickets for adults 13+ are $30/day, while kids 6-12 will get in for $20/day. If your little one is under 5, he or she can experience the magic for free. Passes are available for purchase here.
Immersing yourself in the world of your favorite feline has never been so easy. Are you ready to make the leap to LA?
