training, research, and flight controls.
Houston Theatre District
Spread across 17 blocks, the Houston Theater District features nine
professional performing arts organizations and a grand entertainment
complex in Downtown Houston. You should visit here for its Alley Theatre,
which is the third oldest continually operating theatre in the United
States.
Memorial Park
The Memorial Park is Houston's premier urban park and one of the largest
urban parks in the US. Opened in 1924, it features miles of jogging trails,
mountain bike trails, several tennis courts, and is famous for its 18-hole
Memorial Park Golf Course. The Memorial Park comprises Houston Arboretum
and Nature Centre, which features an arboretum, a nature centre and many
specialty gardens.
