provincial capital and the largest city Liaoning Province, China. This city

Shenyang Bird Island
Shenyang Bird Island, also known as Ganhezi Island, is the only natural
birdwatching area in the city. This island is located in the Hunhe River
water system and is spread in an area of 49.26 hectares. It is an excellent
habitat for wild animals as it is home to brush-woods, forests, ponds, and
wetlands. Major bird species in the park comprise red-crowned crane,
peacock, swan, heron, wild goose, parrot, ostrich, and sea gull.
Liaobin Pagoda
Liaobin Pagoda, a historical remainder of an old ancient city, resides at
the convergence of Xiushui and Liaohe Rivers. It is 41.7 meters high pagoda
and is a multi-eave octagonal brick tower. The base of this striking tower
is 10 meters high and it features a shrine containing a Buddha statue on
each side of the tower.
Shenyang National Forest Park
Shenyang National Forest Park, an excellent place to visit for nature
buffs, is home to dense forests, mountains, fresh air, waters, various rare
wildlife species, along with a lot of caves and pavilions. Located in
Shenyang National Forest Park, Shiren Mountain is the highest peak in the
city and makes for an ideal summer holiday.
