The Idaho Shakespeare Festival is a state-of-the-art theatre in Boise. It

festival is centered around five plays, written by William Shakespeare and

wowed with its professional performance, arts education, and outreach
programs.
Boise Art Museum
Opened as the Boise Gallery of Art in 1937, the Boise Art Museum is the
only AAM accredited museum related to the collection of fine art in Idaho.
Located in Boise, it is home to a staggering collection of 3500 artworks on
contemporary realism and modern and contemporary ceramics. The Boise Art
Museum also features the largest public collection of works by noted artist
James Charles Castle.
Boise Contemporary Theater
Boise Contemporary Theater is the only professional theater company in
Boise that performs a complete season of a contemporary work. Its mainstage
is a built in the form of a black box theater and conforms to the format of
230 seats in nine rows. It has hosted the red carpet advance screening
events of many movies- The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, and The
Bourne Ultimatum. These screenings were attended by actor Matt Damon and
producers Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy.

Spring and winter seasons (the months from March to May and December to
February) are the best to book your flights from Los Angeles to Boise. The
