Grand Palace
Bangkok’s numero uno attraction, the Grand Palace is the royal residence
since 1782. It stands as an opulent structure in typical Thai architecture
featuring gilded tops and spread across a stately 218400 square meters. The

entering here.
Wat Pho
Wat Pho or Wat Chetuphon is the oldest and in Bangkok. It is fabled to have
miraculous and curative powers and is frequented with absolute veneration
by the worshippers. This grand temple is home to the Temple of the
Reclining Buddha, a 45-meter-long and 15-meter-high statue that is
decorated with numerous precious stones.
Wat Arun
A token of 18th century armed conflict between Thailand and
Burma, Wat Arun is a temple that was built after the city had fallen to the
Burmese and was razed to the ground. The commander of Thai forces, General
Taksin vowed to defeat the invaders and rebuild a temple there.
