Third Mainland Bridge
It is the longest bridge which connects the Lagos Island to the mainland.
It is a popular tourist site and visited by many. The Third Mainland Bridge
starts from Oworonshoki linked to the Apapa-Oshodi express way and
Lagos-Ibadan express way. It ends at the Adeniji Adele Interchange on Lagos
Island. Visitors can enjoy gorgeous views while driving on this bridge.
Nigerian National Museum
The Nigerian National Museum houses a vast collection of Nigerian art,
including sculptures, carvings, ethnographic exhibits as well as
archeological exhibits. Among the most renowned exhibits here is the ‘Jemma
Head’, which is a terra-cota human head and part of the Nok culture. The
exhibit derives its name from the Jema'a village, where the artefact was
found.
National Arts Theater
The National Arts Theater is the cultural center of Lagos. The theater
opened its doors in 1977 and features rooms and halls built for many
cultural activities and events in the state of Lagos. It is an ideal place
to visit especially on public holidays and on the weekend when special
events are hosted here. Visitors can enjoy interesting events throughout
the week as well.
