Ardmore is a cultural and tourism hub in Carter County in the US state of Oklahoma. The city is located about 140 kilometres from both Dallas and Oklahoma City. Ardmore is usually considered the hub of the ten-county region of South Central Oklahoma. The city is located around 14 kilometres south of the Arbuckle Mountains and is at the eastern margin of the Healdton Basin.
