Visitors can access it via an elevator and see the walled cellar as well as the foundations of the old chapel. The collection includes well preserved remains of the medieval era Franciscan Monastery. Visitors will also find exhibitions on the excavation of the site as well as lie during the medieval era.

Utzon Center

Situated on the Aalborg waterfront, the Utzon Center is a buzzing cultural center. Designed by Danish architect, Jorn Utzon, it hosts exhibits and is a venue displaying multiple forms of art throughout the year. Several designs and sketches by Jorn Utzon are featured here. It is a place where design, architecture and art come together for the visitors to enjoy. There is also an on-site library and restaurant which offers beautiful views.
