Founded in 1994, Vision Airlines commenced services on February 26, 1995 as a Grand Canyon Tour Company. The airline is owned by Vision Aviation Holdings and is headquartered at North Las Vegas, Nevada. The airline operated charter flights for their tour services in northern Arizona and Nevada. Vision Airlines flights flew to destinations including Grand Canyon, Marble Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Monument Valley out of North Las Vegas Airport utilizing Boeing 737 and Dornier 228 aircraft. The airline also operated charter service for TravelSpan Vacations to Georgetown, Guyana and Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
Vision had served three destinations - Gulfport, Orlando, and St. Petersburg in the United States, and had formerly flown scheduled passenger service to a number of other U.S. cities as well as to Freeport, Bahamas in the past.
