Vietnam Airlines. The airline became a part of the JetStar network in 2008 when the Vietnamese government sold some of its shares to Qantas. JetStar Pacific Airlines operates its flights from its primary hub at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) with Hanoi (Noi Bai International Airport) as a focus city. The airline offers chartered and scheduled domestic and international flights. JetStar Pacific Airlines flights connect major tourist destinations such as Bangkok, Macau, Chiang Mai, Hong Kong, Osaka, Singapore, Taipei, and more.

Online check-in is not available for international flights to or from Australia and New Zealand, on Jetstar Japan (GK) flights from Taipei and Manila and Jetstar Pacific (BL). If online check-in is available for international flight, check-in opens two days before flight and closes two hours before flight departs.
