Checking-In
Online and Mobile Check-In: Save great time at the airport With the Online Check-in service offered by JetBlue Airways. You can Check-in Online up to 24 hours to 90 minutes in advance before your flights scheduled departure time.
Airport Kiosks: For a quick, fast and efficient check-in at the airport, JetBlue offers dedicated kiosks for passengers holding a confirmed reservation. Passengers traveling with checking baggage should check-in 4 hours prior to their flights scheduled departure. While those traveling with no baggage can, check-in anytime between 24 hours to 30 minutes in advance before your flights scheduled departure time. Please Note, if you are traveling in a group of more than 10 people or you do not have a confirmed reservation, you will not be able to check-in at the kiosk.

JetBlue has made rebooking of your flight easy if your flight is cancelled for any reason. To rebook your flight you can call on 1-800-538-2583 or opt one of the neighboring airports. However, the airline makes every possible effort to avoid cancellation of flights.
Special Circumstances
JetBlue allows Service Animals on-board with passengers with special disabilities. Passengers are requested to inform the airline about the service animal well in advance by calling at 1-800-538-2583.
Passengers traveling with special ability can be benefitted with the special seating assignments offered by JetBlue.

Unaccompanied Minor Service
As per JetBlue policy, children between the ages of 5 and 14 years who will be traveling alone are considered unaccompanied minors. A child who has reached their 14th birthday and is traveling alone is no longer considered an unaccompanied minor; though, guardians may request additional assistance by calling the airline. Unaccompanied minors can solely travel on a nonstop flight and are not permitted on direct or connecting flights. Photo identification is required for both parties who drop off and pick up unaccompanied minors without which unaccompanied minors will not be accepted. JetBlue charges an Unaccompanied Minor service fee for the service.
