Flights

Founded on June 17, 1927, Air Serbia is the flag carrier and largest airline of Serbia, headquarter in Belgrade, Serbia. The airline was earlier called Jat Airways, until it was renamed in 2013. The airline commenced operations under its new name on 26 October 2013. Air Serbia has its hub at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, and its subsidiaries include Air Serbia Technical, Air Serbia Ground Services, and Aviole. Air Serbia’s fleet includes 10 narrow-bodied and six turboprop aircraft.

The airline currently serves 39 Euro-Mediterranean destinations directly from its hub at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, and also serves additional 92 international destinations in the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia through its equity partner Etihad Airways, and code share partners. In October 2014, Air Serbia became the member of Etihad Airways Partners. Airlines currently in this partnership include - Etihad Airways, Alitalia, Jet Airways, airberlin, Niki, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles, and Etihad Regional.

From June 2016, Air Serbia is starting direct services between Belgrade and New York, offering five flights per week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Classes of Service

• When you travel Business Class on Airbus 330, you get plenty of in-flight entertainment options. Enjoy latest Hollywood blockbusters, TV shows, and a large variety of Serbian and international movies.
• Travelers on Airbus 319/320 can enjoy access to a personal iPad with noise cancelling headphones, pre loaded with a selection of movies, TV shows, and games.
• Business Class on (Airbus 330) offers you leather upholstered fully flat beds with a generous 63.5 inch length. Airbus 319/320 has luxurious leather seats in a convenient 2-2 configuration with a generous 39 inch seat pitch, and 20.5 inch seat width.
• On Airbus 330, you get comfortable turn down service and sleep suit, ensuring a comfortable sleep onboard.
• Passengers journeying on Airbus 330 get a generous baggage allowance of 2 x 32 kg complimentary pieces of checked luggage.
• With Wi-Fly service, travelers can stay connected with family and friends, while they fly.
• Passengers are also provided Fly & Play Kids pack onboard and in Premium Lounge at Nikola Tesla Airport, Belgrade. The packs are currently available on flights to Abu Dhabi, London, Moscow, and Paris.

Economy Class

• When you travel Economy Class on Airbus 330, you get comfortable leather seats in a 2-4-2 configuration. On Airbus 319/320, there’re 120/147 comfortable leather seats in a 3 x 3 configuration. ATR fleet offers 66/70 comfortable leather seats in a 2x 2 configuration.
• On Airbus 330, enjoy a choice of three meals, including a traditional Serbian delicacy, prepared with Serbia’s freshest produce. There’s also a cafe service, offering you a range of hot beverages, and tasty snacks.
• Passengers traveling on Airbus 330 are given a generous baggage allowance of 2 x 23 kg complimentary pieces of checked luggage.
• On flights over 4 hours, on (Airbus 319/Airbus 320/ATR Fleet), travelers are offered a choice of 3 meals that includes Serbian delicacy, and a complimentary bar service. On flights between 2 and 4 hours, passengers can delight in a choice of 2 courses, including a traditional Serbian dish, and a complimentary bar service. And On flights less than 2 hours, savor a cold snack, cafe service, and a complimentary bar service.

Air Serbia’s flagship Premium Lounge offers travelers an opportunity to unwind in style while waiting at Belgrade or transiting through it. The Premium Lounge facility is available to Business Class passengers and to Platinum, Gold, and Silver members of Etihad Guest program when flying on Air Serbia or Etihad Airways operated flights

Web Check-In
Passengers can enjoy online check-in facility when traveling from Belgrade, Abu Dhabi, London, Istanbul, Beirut, Prague, and Bucharest. Web Check-in is available upto 36 hours before flight’s scheduled departure. Skip check-in queue at the airport, and use the facility of online check-in to save time.
