Air Algerie is the national airline of
Algeria, founded on March 15, 1957. The airline has got its headquarters in the Immeuble El-Djazair in Algiers, and hubs at Houari Boumediene Airport. Air Algerie is owned by Government of Algeria, has got its Focus City at Oran Es Senia Airport, and its subsidiary is Air Algerie Cargo. With a fleet size of forty four aircrafts, Air Algerie operates scheduled international services to 39 destinations in 28 countries including services in Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, as well as domestic services to 32 airports. Air Algerie is the member of the International Air Transport Association, the Arab Air Carriers Organization, and of the African Airlines Association.
